Here are some sunny yellow-orange Black-Eyed Susans from last autumn to brighten up your winter day! Consejo de las Rosas is my newest flower mandala, my first new one in quite some time. It was created from my own photograph. I’ve been feeling the pull to create one for awhile now. From time to time, I need to remind myself not to put off doing the things I love, no matter [...] Purple Shamrock flowers at a bee’s eye view. There are particular shades of blue that only seems to appear in the sky when the temperatures are very low. These are blues that can stop you in your tracks… Winter has its own beauty, and the blues are the best! Lovely white snow, sparkling ice, winter berries, and more are set off by beautiful blues and grays. …we watched the bunny run under the snow for about six feet or so and then he’d pop up first in one place and then another! I’ve never seen a rabbit do this. Here he is with snow on his head, looking pretty adorable. From our home to yours, wishing you the very best of the holiday season! This was the scene at our house last Saturday. A soft fluffy blanket of freshly fallen snow gave the Echinacea lovely hats. The peaceful quiet of the earth in winter touches the peace within us all. Much love to you! ♥ It’s Halloween, and time to do a project just for fun! In honor of the day, here are some pictures I made special for the occasion. |
